These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WoBooks platform and services provided by Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd ("WoBooks", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Pakistan. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations of Pakistan or your jurisdiction
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
  • Resell or sublicense our services without prior written approval

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our platform, including website content, product listings, accounting data, and other materials. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the services to you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers including Safepay, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of those providers.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account and all features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days post-cancellation to allow reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

The WoBooks platform, including its design, code, features, themes, and documentation, is owned by Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our themes and templates are licensed for use on the platform only and may not be extracted, copied, or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data before account termination by contacting us.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, billing, or conduct, please contact us first:

  • Response time: We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
