What is WoBooks Brain?
Brain is the AI chat that appears on your WoBooks website. It answers visitors from your live catalog, stock, services, FAQs and policies, holds an item for 30 minutes when a visitor asks, and places a real order in your dashboard once the visitor confirms. It runs on the same agent engine as Companion, the owner-side AI, with tools limited to what a good shop assistant does.
How is Brain different from Intercom, Tidio, or a regular chatbot?
A scripted chatbot answers from what you typed into it. Brain reads your live store: the actual stock, the actual prices, and the discount and refund policies you set. It can hold an item and place an order that lands in your WoBooks dashboard like any other. There are no integrations to build and no second tool to pay for.
Can Brain actually take an order?
Yes, on paid plans. Starter includes 25 Brain-placed orders a month, Growth 200 and Scale 2,000. Brain collects the visitor's name, phone or email and delivery address, and places the order only after they say yes. It arrives in your dashboard as a new, unpaid order, and you confirm delivery and collect payment the way you already do. Past your monthly quota, or above the per-order limit, Brain takes the visitor's details and asks you to call them back instead.
What happens when Brain doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Brain is told never to invent prices, stock, delivery times or policies. It offers to take the visitor's contact for you, and for refunds, custom orders, discounts your policies don't cover, or anything else outside its scope, it records a callback request with the visitor's name, contact and reason.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Brain introduces itself as your shop's AI shopping assistant and speaks in your shop's name. Once WoBooks has learned how you write, Brain picks up your tone too.
Which languages does Brain speak?
Brain replies in the language and script your visitor writes in: English, Roman Urdu, Urdu script or Arabic. Prices always show in Western digits with your shop's currency, and product names and order numbers stay exactly as you wrote them.
How much does Brain cost?
Brain comes with every paid plan: Starter ($15/mo) includes 200 Brain conversations a month, Growth ($35/mo) 1,000 and Scale ($75/mo) 5,000, with 4, 6 and 8 turns per conversation. The free 7-day Taste trial does not include Brain — the chat appears on your site once you're on a paid plan.
Does Brain work on WhatsApp?
Not today — Brain lives in the chat bubble on your WoBooks website. If you add your WhatsApp number, your site also shows a WhatsApp button, and those chats come straight to you.
