WoBooks is a multi-tenant SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform that enables businesses to build websites, manage e-commerce stores, operate point-of-sale systems, and handle business accounting — all from a single platform. The platform is owned and operated exclusively by Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd.

WoBooks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any third-party company. All intellectual property including the WoBooks brand, platform software, themes, and documentation are the exclusive property of Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd.

3. Platform Operations

The following services are operated under the WoBooks brand by Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd:

  • wobooks.com — Primary marketing and account management website
  • WoBooks Dashboard — Business management platform for subscribers
  • WoBooks Tenant Sites — Customer-facing websites built on our platform (operated by respective business owners/subscribers)
  • WoBooks API — Integration services for third-party connectivity

4. Payment Processing

All payments made to Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd for platform subscriptions are processed through our authorized payment partners:

  • Safepay — Card and digital payments
  • JazzCash — Mobile wallet payments
  • Easypaisa — Mobile wallet payments

Transaction records and payment receipts identify the merchant as Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd or WoBooks.

5. Subscriber-Operated Stores

WoBooks provides platform infrastructure that allows businesses ("subscribers") to create and operate their own e-commerce stores, websites, and POS systems. These subscriber-operated stores are independently owned and managed by the respective business owner. Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd is not responsible for the content, products, services, or transactions of subscriber-operated stores unless explicitly stated.

Each subscriber-operated store is required to maintain its own policies, including privacy policy, terms and conditions, and refund policy, in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The WoBooks name, logo, brand identity, platform software, theme designs, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any WoBooks intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
