Can customers pay with JazzCash and Easypaisa?
Yes. In your Store manager, open Store Setup → Payments → Online Payment Gateways and add your JazzCash or Easypaisa merchant credentials. Both need merchant approval from the provider, which usually takes 1–2 weeks. Safepay activates same-day for card and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery works from the start. Each provider charges its own merchant fees.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with email, Google, or a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. You only add payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Can I use my own .pk domain?
Custom domains, including .pk and .com.pk, are on Starter ($15/month) and above. The trial uses a wobooks.com subdomain.
