WoBooks does not yet have a direct Leopards Courier API integration — that is on the roadmap. Today, Pakistani WoBooks sellers ship via Leopards using the standard shipping-method workflow: configure "Leopards Standard" or "Leopards Same-Day" as a shipping method with rates per zone, print packing slips, drop parcels at Leopards, and paste tracking numbers back into the order. The customer-facing flow looks like a full integration; the internal workflow is manual at the courier handoff.

Open a Leopards commercial account
Apply for a Leopards commercial / merchant account directly with Leopards. They issue you an account number, agree COD settlement terms, and arrange courier pickup schedule.
Configure Leopards as a shipping method in WoBooks
Open Settings → Shipping → Methods in your WoBooks store. Add "Leopards Standard" with rates per zone — adjust to your Leopards contract. Repeat for Express and Same-Day if you offer those tiers.
Customer picks Leopards at checkout
Your shopper picks Leopards at checkout. The shipping rate calculates from the zone. The order moves to "Pending Pickup" once paid (or COD-confirmed). Multiple courier options (TCS, Leopards, Blue-Ex) can sit side-by-side so customers pick what is cheapest or fastest.
Print packing slips, hand to Leopards
Print the packing slip per order — order ID, customer name, address, items, COD amount where applicable, and your Leopards account number. Hand parcels to Leopards at your scheduled pickup or at a Leopards branch.
Paste tracking numbers, customer gets updates
Leopards issues a tracking number per parcel. Paste it into the order in WoBooks. Order status flips to "Shipped" and the customer can track via the Leopards website using the number.

How do I set up Leopards rates in WoBooks?

How does COD work with Leopards through WoBooks?
COD orders flow through normal WoBooks COD checkout — customer picks Cash on Delivery, you ship via Leopards with the COD amount on the packing slip. Leopards collects cash from the customer, deducts their commission, and settles the balance to you on the cycle agreed in your Leopards contract.
Can I use both Leopards and TCS on the same WoBooks store?
Yes — and many Pakistani sellers do. Configure both as separate shipping methods. Customers see both at checkout and pick whichever is cheaper or faster for their address. Useful because Leopards is sometimes stronger in some cities while TCS is stronger in others.
Will my existing Leopards setup carry forward when WoBooks ships the API integration?
Yes — your Leopards shipping-method names, rates, zones, and pickup addresses all carry over. The API integration adds automatic shipment creation and live tracking on top of what you already configured.
How much does it cost to ship via Leopards with WoBooks?
